Rude Incompetent will never use again

After taking a home insurance policy with these clowns I started recieving threatening letters saying they would cancel my policy as I had made a false declaration.This proved to be an error on their part. But my wife and I both in our 70s were very intimidated by the tone of the letters and the absolute nightmare of correcting their mistake.Never again will we deal with them.
