Fabulous friendly customer experience

One call insurance were professional and helpful from the start. Our house insurance policy was arranged quickly and without hassle. When we lost our documents and my husband called , the staff member was very engaging and helpful with all of his queries. In this digital age it was lovely to have someone who listened and helped reach a conclusion so efficiently.
