Using PayPal is problem free.

My Bruno Mars Dream, Thanks to PayPal Credit

I’m so happy I had PayPal Credit when I needed it. It made it possible for me to buy my Bruno Mars The Romantic concert tickets without the stress of paying everything upfront, and thanks to that I’m finally getting to tick something huge off my bucket list — seeing him live! The process was quick, easy, and gave me the flexibility I needed at the perfect time. I’m genuinely grateful because this is going to be such a special experience in my life and it wouldn’t have happened without PayPal Credit. When it comes to credit, money or using the app it's all good, but when it comes to customer service... I've received a phone call stating that I have missed 1 payment of 5 £ and If I have money problem, if I can still afford the payment. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Used for years and no issues until recently.

The only negative I can say about Paypal credit, is that sometimes it can trip up the payment priority when you have multiple lines of credit such as various promotional based ones (4 months+) and non-promotional ones (under £99 purchases) that act like a normal line of credit that need to be paid off by the end of the month. Research online shows, it should automatically deduct any payments from the non-promotional lines of credit first, in my current case it is not doing that. To be able to avoid interest, I’ve had to sell a lot of stuff on eBay to be able to afford to pay off my promotional item, to be able to start deducting money from the non-promotional stuff on the account!
