Not great.

Not great. Customer service is very disconnected and they don’t listen to you or pass notes on from agent to agent. I’d suggest not working in a siloed service model and integrate teams so whatever agent I speak with can handle what I need. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Thumbs down on PayPal credit

Had really bad experience, when I started using PayPal credit I had many fraudulent payments being taken from my account, no explanation given, hard to contact, my not use this service in future . I have used PayPal for years and was really happy, however getting the credit card proved to be not a good decision. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Years of excellent service!
