I am PayPal customer for very long time but didn't have any problems ever. If I had problem with the seller or payments PP customer service resolved it all so quickly. I have experience that I have paid partly Pay in 3 months but returned the item and was confused but PP customer service staff patiently explaned to me everything. I am so satisfied with PayPal.
