Great services and great customer service

I have only had to contact PayPal once but the person I spoke to was professional and accurate with their info. I use them for credit features and daily purchases and so far service has been great and super easy. All in all brilliant features without hassle and have always been able to get in contact hassle free. Reviewed on: 9th June 2024

Tried to send money to someone and it said "sorry we weren't able to complete your payment" with no further explanation. I got the seller to request the money from me and it worked fine, so nothing wrong with the accounts. Very unhelpful. Reviewed on: 9th June 2024

Best thing I ever did was sign up with PayPal.... quick easy and secure. Plus there's so many companies that accept PayPal. And I can also send money to friends and family. Reviewed on: 9th June 2024

Long term paypal fan!

PayPal have always been there as soon as I need anything, customer service is always so quick and helpful and I trust my spending is protected and secure whenever I use them. PayPal credit has been so handy over the years and communication regarding payments etc has always kept me informed and up to date with everything. Always recommend and always look for PayPal when making online purchases. Reviewed on: 9th June 2024
