Misleading payment plan

I don’t like that when you pay on PayPal credit and think you had 4 months to pay it off, it actually does not come off that payment purchase but from your overall balance. Very misleading and not helpful for me at all Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Excellent

Paypal has allowed me to make purchases on must haves that I couldn't afford immediately. I've used this for tools and car parts that I required to continue commuting to my place of work. Customer service has always been a great support in rectifying mistaken purchases, offering clear and prompt responses. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
