I use paypal pay in 3 as well as the 4 month interest free facility. It has allowed me to purchase items and spread the cost. I always know where I stand and the process of checking my account is really easy. When I have had a dispute with a supplier paypal has been fairly quick to review my problem and repay my money. From personal experience I can honestly say PayPal has a customer service team who actually work. Phones are answered. You don’t spend hours or days going around in circles chatting to a bot. The interest free option on spending is a necessity in this present climate as we do need to purchase things without ending up further down a spiralling debt route. I’ve had a PayPal account for many years.
