Paypal is a solid payment service and offers a good option for credit and also alternative methods. I appreciate their new physical cards to be able to use their service. I haven't used their customer service as haven't needed to. I like it gives me several payment methods all in one place and I can pay friends and family. Overall good. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

I choose PayPal credit as my main creditor due to the fact that paying for online purchases was always trusting and easier with PayPal either with the pay in 3 instalment or in full. The best thing about PayPal is it is instant

The best thing about PayPal for me is that it is instant. No messing about putting card details in. Also buying on line can be expensive, PayPal offers pay in 3 and credit which is good Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

Trustworthy and supportive.

I use pay pal all the time. Tao straightforward and easy. Very w. What sets them apart for me is their attitude to problems. When I have run into issues with a seller or a product, Pay Pal support is fabulous. They are easy to contact, very reassuring and defend me as their customer.
