Great accessibiliy

Super easy to pay with for online purchases, great availability for credit usage. The website ui is intuitive and accessible on desktop and mobile very easily. I did once recieve a spam call claiming to be paypal credit, though obviously cannot say if this was a data leak or a random scam. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

I’ve been using PayPal for years, and it’s one of the services I rely on most. It’s incredibly simple and easy to use, whether I’m shopping online, sending money, or receiving payments. Transactions are quick, secure, and I’ve always found the app and website straightforward to navigate. I also appreciate the added buyer protection, which gives me extra peace of mind when making purchases. Safe And Secure.

I had my phone stolen whilst unlocked.

I had my phone stolen whilst unlocked. I reacted as quick as I could but it was still an hour after the theft before I could contact PayPal. But PayPal acted fast and fairly, and I was ultimately not out of pocket (the thieves tried to charge almost £10,000 to my account). The paypal team was very supportive during this stressful time.
