Recent customer service positive experience

I have recently been backed and it was rejected, however when I spoke to customer service, they explained that I hadn’t given sufficient information. The lady on the phone added the extra information and it was sorted writhing 24 hour. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

Real, no-nonsense credit

I’m always pretty skeptical about finance retailers, but PayPal Credit has completely won me over, and it’s genuinely the only one I've used for years now! The terms are fair and the whole payment process is super straightforward. What really sold me was their support. I've only ever had to reach out once when I was confused about a refund amount, and customer service was incredibly quick to respond and clarify everything for me.
