Reliable Credit with a Smooth Experience

I've been using PayPal Credit for some time and overall I've had a positive experience. The application process was straightforward, payments are easy to manage, and the account is simple to use through the PayPal app. It has been useful for spreading the cost of larger purchases and the promotional interest-free offers have been helpful when managed responsibly. Customer service has also been satisfactory whenever I needed assistance. I mostly use their credit facility, 0%. Pretty good.

I mostly use their credit facility, 0%. It's handy for large purchases but their direct debit set up is massively confusing. It resulted in missed payment which they then waiver after I explained. There is also no manual option to make payments which is poor. Reviewed on: 13th July 2026
