Accessing credit using EBay Credit is extremely easy, it only takes around 5 minutes for the result of your request to be agreed. PayPal sets up a payment plan like Pay in three instalments. They inform you immediately of when the payments will be taken and also remind you a couple of days in advance of the payment being taken.
