All this accessed through a well designed and highly intuitive app. Moreover, when a vendor failed to deliver goods that I had ordered and paid for using PayPal, the dispute I raised was handled efficiently by PayPal and my money was returned promptly. Mostly positive, with a few blanishes

So far, I have had a mostly positive experience and have received a refund whenever I have had an issue with a transaction. On more than one occasion though, payments have been taken from my account several days after being made, resulting in quite a few issues. There was also one instance when my request wasn’t properly looked at, and the wrong transaction was refunded. That created a lot of problems. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
