I use Paypal as an easy way of paying online by credit card and it works well. The drawback is that you don't get the same protection as you would if you used the card stand-alone, so you have to take the value in to account before choosing to use Paypal. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

No interest payments, no reason not to.

I use PayPal Credit to buy things online without having to outlay a large amount up front. No interest payments so it doesn't cost me to do so. Automatic payments so I can just forget about it. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
