I find PayPal customer service to be second to none when compared to other companies I have had dealings with. It doesn't matter who answers the phone. Everyone I speak to is fully equipped to speak and advise confidently on any matters related to my account. In addition, any problems with suppliers are dealt with efficiently. Specifically, PayPal credit, provides a step by step clear and informative guide with regards to when interest would be added or not, as the case may be. It also allows plenty of time to pay without extortionate interest rates. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

PayPal Credit, 0% credit offers, 100% great

Never had any issues with PayPal credit, the 0% offers for 4 months or pay in 3 options are a good way to use credit, my high credit limit is great because its always there if I need it. The 1 and 2 year plans are great too, very fair terms, very useful to have access to. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
