100% Positive since joining in 2005

I have used PayPal since sometime in 2005 and it has only got better and better. The functionality and ease of use sets it apart from other companies. One key aspect that I particularly like is that I can actually ring someone up no fuss and discuss my account with a real person and that always gives me confidence in a company.
