I feel confident using PayPal to purchase items online because if I experience problems PayPal has been able to sort the matter out efficiently and taken all the hassle out of my hands. I never purchase items now without using PayPal, gives me great peace of mind and makes shopping online a pleasant experience. Also sending money to friends and family is so easy and safe to use.
