Whenever I’ve had a problem with a supplier and gone through PayPal to contact them it has been resolved. Couple of times I’ve rang over something and had good customer service friendly and efficient. Being able to split payments is a big help also. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026

Outstanding support for when we need help or assistance. Trustworthy and confidential. Never had any issues or problems with PayPal. PayPal is part of our family, we all use Paypal and have done for years. Always know Paypal keeps our money safe when paying online, as there is so many untrustworthy people out there but Paypal definitely isn’t one of them. I’ve never been scammed online and that’s thanks to Paypal. I would never go with anyone else. If anyone of you give Paypal the chance, you’ll never go back. They are fantastic!
