Easy to do business with

Easy to do business with. PayPal can be used in so many places, it’s easy to manage payments. Good communication. I use paypal to organise stuff with friends, so simple! If protects me against fraud so I always feel comfortable using it. Customer services are easy to contact and raise problems with too. Mostly great with occasional misery

Most of the time PayPal systems just work & the credit set up is no different, which is great. However, the customer service is painful to deal with if you need to contact them more than once because the support staff don't necessarily take time to understand what has already been discussed. There are also some policies in place which need updating but fortunately the instances I have had over my years of using the service have been incredibly rare. Reviewed on: 28th May 2026
