I’ve had a generally positive experience using PayPal. It’s very convenient and easy to use, especially for online purchases and sending money quickly to family and friends. I also appreciate the added layer of security when shopping online, which gives extra peace of mind. The app is user-friendly and transactions are usually smooth and instant. However, customer service response times can sometimes be slow depending on the issue, and certain account limitations can be frustrating to resolve. Good, only one tiny suggestion!

I have always had a good experience with PayPal credit. The only thing that I think would help is, being given the option to pay a particular thing you have on PayPal credit. So if you buy something but you have split the cost with someone for instance and they send you the money for their half, you can’t pay that thing off. You just have to make a payment and keep track against other purchases. Reviewed on: 28th May 2026
