Fine. But dated and low tech

Balance calcs take ages to appear, correct themselves. Impossible to pay off specific purchase. App is hard to navigate to find key features. Online purchase auth is inconsistent and fiddly. Overall it’s fine. But the whole experience is very 10-15 years ago. Reviewed on: 13th June 2026
