1st agreement was great however on the 2nd one I got...

1st agreement was great however on the 2nd one I got charged £12 for late payment which was wavered after talkjng to the nice guy on the help desksk as the payment did try to go out but was declined. I then tried to set up another DD but there were problems so I just payed the whole balance off. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025
