Have been with PayPal for many years resolved any issues I have had in a timely manner I like having the option of pay in three or credit which is interest free for 3 months I trust PayPal to send money to friends and family overall PayPal is customer focused and trustworthy. Well i have been using PayPal for many years now and never had any reason not to use pp its very easy to use iam nearly 64 years old i got scamed one time buying a diesel generator and as soon as I realised I was just about to phone them they phoned me the put the money back into my account within 5 minutes and they did the rest no stress and that was good enough for me thankyou PayPal Reviewed on: 12th July 2026

PayPal customer service is incredible, they are easy to access, they offer flexible repayment plan of 4months free interest which supersedes their counterparts, they have a card that can be used instore as well.
