PayPal agents care...

It's always been a good customer experience anytime I've had occasion to contact PayPal. The agents are knowledgeable and tend to understand the issues posed to them. For example, I decided to take advantage of their credit facility but realised I had attracted interest in error. The agent dealing with my case understood how the issue arise and as a gesture of goodwill refunded the interest paid. Reviewed on: 11th July 2026

A great all round financial product.

I have always received very good customer service from PayPal. I find it easy to navigate the online site and have just started using the app, which is equally good. PayPal credit and Pay in Three are really useful. I also love my new PayPal debit card. Reviewed on: 11th July 2026
