I managed to purchase the laptop of my life thanks to paypal credit with 0% interest. The customer care has always been helpful. Don't know what happened but once I must have accidentally cancled the automatica payment and I was charged an additional £12 fine, i told the customer service and the waived it off for me without arguing.
