I've been using PayPal for several years now, and it continues to exceed my expectations in terms of convenience, security, and reliability. Easy to use and reliable , trusted for 7 years

I’ve been using PayPal for over 7 years now , I know it to be a very reliable service and have used it on many of my purchases large and small. It is easy to use and provides options for purchases such as pay in 3 and newly paypal credit for those that perhaps can’t afford big buys in one large sum. Any issues with purchases made through PayPal have been easy to ammend or resolve as they have a very active customer service team. To simply put it I’ve never had doubts when using PayPal in terms of the safety of my money, or customer protection with purchases I choose to make with them . Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

Lifesavers !

Smoothing out payments over 4 months interest free is a nice way to purchase and quick checkouts are a great way to purchase. I think for larger purchases I would ensure I use the credit for section 75 protection. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

No.1 online shopping tool.

Wouldn't buy anything online unless I could use PayPal. On more than one occasion I've ordered items that haven't arrived or have definitely not been 'as described'. I have 100% confidence in PayPal to actually listen and act accordingly and not just through a serious of 'tick boxes' that never quite describe the situation you are in. PayPal act fast and appropriately depending on the individual circumstances. PayPal credit is a fantastic way of buying high value items and spreading it over a short or longer time.The ease of using PayPal is brilliant, a couple of clicks and its done!
