Paypal cover needs Work.

Ive had purchased issue where ive complained to paypal because you are supposed to offer buyers protection i complained and Paypal went in sellers favour within 24 hrs despite all my evidence, so I complained to sellers head office they agreed with me and issued me a refund this experience happened twice the other was a hotel been not fit for purpose afaud I provided proof plenty of evidence again Paypal took the side of the hotel again I complained to head office they agreed again give me full refund and a gesture if good will. So why did Paypal take the hotel establishment side when they was in the wrong. I Still purchase through paypal infact all the time but if I am paying for a service I use klarna there protection us spot on also use just my credit card i wont buy a service through PayPal the customer service is terrible.
