Customer service has always been amazing whenever I’ve rang to query something I wasn’t sure about. So good, few days ago I suggest to my niece in the states to contact them and they would put her mind at ease as she was unsure why her account was blocked just as she received payment from the UK. PayPal credit is quick and easy to set up, relatively well managed with the app but there are definitely areas where the app and communication could be improved such as explaining how credit is applied during repayment as an FAQ. The app itself however is easy to navigate and the credit, including pay in 3 has been a game changer for me. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
