Really on the ball during difficult times

When I was out of work through Covid, PayPal were the only bank that stepped up and had the right products in place to help me out. Since then, PayPal have been consistently aheat of the feild in the products they market and the staff they put out on their Call Centres as the face of PayPal, have been nothing short of excellent. Very good experience but understand their policies!

My experience with PayPal has been mixed. On the positive side, the platform is easy to use and makes sending and receiving money convenient. The buyer protection feature provides an added sense of security when shopping online, and transactions are usually processed quickly.
