I have dealt with customer service and the lady asked me to perform an action whilst talking on the phone and the lady noticed that it was taking me more time than others so she has made a note to give me a bit extra time to complete certain requests. Almost perfect

Great interest free credit, however monitoring returns and refunds is really much more difficult than it should be; Klarna have a much clearer system and I would choose that platform over this one. However, PayPal offers more for different providers. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
