Excellent customer service, understanding and fair

I had an issue with PayPal after being charged a late payment fee, as I hadn’t realised I hadn’t set up a direct debit. I contacted them and they were really understanding about the situation. They took the payment over the phone, explained everything clearly, and refunded the fee without making the process difficult. It was handled professionally and fairly, and I really appreciated the way they dealt with it. Great customer service and a very positive experience overall. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
