Super easy to use.

Super easy to use. App clearly separates what you owe. It’s easy to pay off early or extra and the different payment options (pay in three, credit) make it great for higher value purchases. Any refunds happen quickly . Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

My experience has been positive, although...

My experience has generally been positive, although not without a few frustrations. The ability to spread the cost of anything over £100 is very convenient. I love the new PayPal+ points. Payments were easy to manage through the app. However, there are issues when trying to understand how payments are allocated across different balances. Customer service is through AI. It's been overally reliable, but there is room for improvement. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Super Service

Always a straightforward transaction when I’m paying with PayPal Credit. I pay my bill by direct debit but can also change the amount of id like to pay more.
