I sold a item on eBay to Mexico via PayPal

I sold a item on eBay to Mexico, the money was paid via PayPal, then the Mexican said he didn’t authorize payment, PayPal took the money out of my account and refunded the Mexican, so I lost the items value, lucky it was only 30 dollars, this loop hole needs filling up so this cannot happen again, of course he authorized payment, how could anyone else do it? The biggest selling point for me is convenience and security—not having to type in my card details on every website is a huge time-saver, and their Buyer Protection gives me real peace of mind. I’ve been using PayPal credit for sometime now and it is very handy and convenient. The extra time to pay gives peace of mind and ease.
