Easy to use, accepted in more places than before. Customer service spot on when used. 22 years ive been using PayPal, I'd be last without it now. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Wasn’t smooth set up at first.

Wasn’t a smooth set up at first . Had some confusion over payments I made on payment system , funds then got returned but PayPal were excellent & helped sort it all out. Would prefer a 6 month interest free window on larger purchases, rather than 4 months that’s available. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

It’s so convenient to have this facility to hand .

It’s so convenient to have this facility to hand , either online or out and about shopping. Plus getting the bonus points is a thumbs up too. When I’ve purchased larger items online it’ takes the worry off knowing it will be paid for then I have the knowledge it’s coming out in smaller regular payments . Brilliant and because it’s PayPal and I’ve been using them for years now I know it’s safe and secure. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

I fell foul to to an online scam.

I fell foul to to an online scam. I had paid using PayPal and after some attempts on my behalf to contact the Scammer, which had proved fruitless, PayPal took over and my money was returned to my bank. PayPal then dealt with the Scammers themselves. Excellent Customer Service . Five Stars. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
