Paypal has excellent products that are simple and can really help customers but it lacks support features especially digitally to help customers manage their finances on the day to day. For example the credit card that let customers pay in interest free instalments is great but the customer has to manage the 4 months on their own, Paypal should offer features to help manage the 4 months so they don't miss on the payments.
