Dissappointed

never had a problem until i bought tickets to the celion dion concert which got cancelled but then i never got my money back because the refund had gone to a closed card - when i contacted paypal they said it had gone to a card ending in 0011 however refused to tell me the bank so i am left without almost £500 refund as the money is sat in an account ending in 0011 but i dont have this account nor do i remember the bank account.
