Very helpful when I needed help recovering a refund...

Very helpful when I needed help recovering a refund owed to me by a delivery company that failed to deliver an item. The delivery company's communications where awful but paypals were great and helped me get things sorted straight away. I feel safer using PayPal for bigger purchases online after this experience and wouldn't do it any other way. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026
