I had a problem with a purchase they didn’t want to...

I had a problem with a purchase they didn’t want to give me the refund they were using imagines from a big brand to advertise their product I tried everything in my power open a disput reopen again and PayPal decided in favour of the counterfeit. However few weeks later a different departament contacted me several times but I felt defeated and didn’t want to proceed probably knowing they will rule in favor again from where I bought the item.
