Paypal as a whole are an excellent service, when the credit was added it just added more buying options. The customer service is remarkable, both for buying and selling. Have only ever had 1 negative sale where the buyer ripped me off and told lies, never happened after as I take photos, keep proof of posting, etc. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 26th April 2026

It’s impossible to get help.

It’s impossible to get help. Help and support icons are supposed to be on the home page of the app. You cannot see what transactions are due to be cleared to avoid interests because PayPal wants you to miss those so they can earn money off you. It’s horrible. Reviewed on: 26th April 2026
