Everything is great about PayPal and you can use it very easily and all the transactions and details are very clear but when I called customer service to unfreeze my account. They said it will take 5 days but it took more than 20 days after calling them multiple times and finally a good customer service lady helped me in resolving instantly. Reviewed on: 18th May 2024

PayPal Credit has helped me during the hardship. I wouldn't have been able to afford basic items I needed for work if it wasn't for PayPal! Sometimes being able to pay in installments is of great help... especially if they're free from interest when paying within 4 mounths! It's impossible to manage direct debits bit

It's impossible to manage. I believe it is designed this way to get interest from it's customers. 20 years behind. Direct debit is unmanageable. Shame on you PayPal. Customer rep tried to help but not useful. Reviewed on: 18th May 2024
