I had an issue with a retailer who refused to send a returns label or international shipping, I spoke to Paypal and they issued me with £25 to pay for the postage so I could return it, it did not cover the total postage but it really helped otherwise I would have struggled to return the parcel back Reviewed on: 14th July 2026
