Features such as pay in 3 & PayPal credit are great.

Features such as pay in 3 & PayPal credit are great. I also appreciate the new PayPal credit & debit cards & the new rewards system. However, when something goes wrong PayPal is painfully slow to respond. The Ai feature is crap & customer services are slow as molasses. They also take too long to update accounts when a payment has been made. For these reasons I am giving PayPal 4 stars as there are areas that need improvement. That said, if you use PayPal sensibly you never have to incur charges. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2026
