Pay in 3 is brilliant if u r short of funds this month and r waiting for your pay to come in it takes the pressure off. PayPal is a safe secure and easy bank to use I've even had help from them to get money back and refunds when purchases have gone wrong. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
