I trust and respect PayPal. They are honourable.

The service I receive from PayPal is always first rate. Where with my banking app is is almost impossible to speak with a human this is never an issue with PayPal. When there have been transactions pending which were not authorised by myself they have always been quick and reliable and efficient to get to the bottom of the matter and return my funds to me immediately! Where the error has been mine due to confusion where I have misunderstood something somewhere, PayPal has been extremely patient with me whilst they take the time to explain and help me to comprehend the situation and the service has been a delight to be a part of. I trust PayPal and the team and that is the best part of it all. That is why I am sending this review. In a day and age when knowing who to trust and who to turn to is becoming increasingly more difficult, almost impossible, I can safely say i know where I am with PayPal. I highly recommend them. It's a great feature, being able to split a payment...

It's a great feature, being able to split a payment in 3 installments as if paying with a credit card but in an really easy and straight forward way!! And without interests being charged. Since discovering the PatPal Pay in 3 feature I've managed to pay for more expensive purchases that otherwise I may not have gone ahead with. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

PayPal is safe, secure and easy to use.

Always had a great experience with PayPal, used for many many years. Have so much confidence that my transactions are safe and secure. The pay in 3 option helps to make big purchases not seem so big all in one go. Definitely my preferred service. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

My first choice

PayPal makes payment easier and I choose it wherever possible, especially for more expensive items as I can choose to pay over a few months. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

PayPal refunded me seeing my impossible situation.

PayPal reviewed a case and refunded me. The company required the item which I had. Later they said I’d returned the item to the wrong address. The return address was on the delivery details but it was very different to the one they later sent. I was in a ‘catch 22’. No refund without the item! I’d sent it. PayPal funded me in full.
