I have used PayPal for many years and have always found them reliable, secure, and easy to use. Payments are processed quickly, and I appreciate the extra buyer protection when shopping online. The website and app are straightforward to navigate, making sending and receiving money simple. In my experience, customer service has been helpful when needed. Reliable, simple, handy.

I have been using PayPal: PayPal in 3 for years and it really comes in handy. I've never had any issues with it - it has simple interface, no hidden things to worry about that will catch you out later, easy to change payment method with cards as and when needed, clearly displayed on the app what payments are left and when they are coming out. Personally. Am glad I have PayPal

My experience is one time I tried setting up direct debit for easy access but I didn't get through for success. I have to call when ever I need to make a payment to my PayPal. It would have been lovely to be able to set up direct debit. Am glad the call do not waste too much time to get through to someone. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026
