Not as user friendly as prior

I appreciate the Pay-in-3, however, it hardly shows up at checkout, even when it says it's avaliable, and I know I qualify. Its a nuisance and I end up going with another service because of it. Also, when I ha e a balance on my Paypal account, its almost impossible to withdraw it now, when it used to be so easy. Reviewed on: 10th June 2026

I had an issue with a retailer refusing to issue me...

I had an issue with a retailer refusing to issue me a credit for goods that didn't arrive. I contacted PayPal who i had used for payment and within 12hrs I had been reimbursed. No long phone calls, no chat bots, no answering countless questions. Just a quick, easy and intelligent process. Can't fault that. Reviewed on: 10th June 2026

Great experience with PayPal.

Great experience with PayPal. Always clear instructions and make terms and conditions very clear. Easy to use and I love that even if someone else doesn’t have PayPal they can still transfer money, and the security has always been top notch.
