Integrity, honesty & excellent customer service.

I've been using PayPal as my secure online purchasing product for some time. I have never had any issue with using it and consider in the most secure option available to me. I have had a couple of issues with "retailers" who appeared genuine but in the end were not, but because I used PayPal I did not lose out to fraud - PayPal resolved the issues for me which is as I'd hoped for using them. They are and have been as good as there word. This is what I look for in a purchasing financial partner. Integrity, honesty and excellent customer service. Thank you. 5 stars from me. I love the option of Paypal: Pay in 3 as it allows me to shop more comfortably before payday then pay the balance once i have more flexible income. The direct debit feature is great as i don’t stress about making sure i am remembering to pay the instalments. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
