Good customer service

Good customer service and able to be used with most retailers. Being able to have access to a pay later service from a reputable company is great. You can trust that if anything happens PayPal is on your side, this gives confidence to make purchases online. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

I feel confident using PayPal and opt to use Pay in 3 over other credit lending services. I already had a PayPal account so I knew the company was reliable. The service is easy to set up per transaction and it's easy to keep track of payment plans, via the emails sent out before an upcoming payment and on the app itself. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Everything with PayPal always feels very safe and secure with clear terms and conditions and a good spread out set of dates for paying in three which helps better account for finances, it’s easy to set up compared to other split pay options Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
