I have had really good experiences with PayPal, only...

I have had really good experiences with PayPal, only once in the past few years have I been disappointed, an order I placed with a company for storage units which I paid for, for the garage, they were late coming I got in touch with PayPal for help as when they arrived it was a pink desk tidy for a little girl I was furious I contacted PayPal and they said they couldn’t help me because the order number on the desk tidy was the number the company had for large units, I lost money and what I ordered, I was going to stop ordering but I carried on, it still bothers me now Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
