I have used PayPal for many years, my money is safe & payments are easy to do, you get cash back on their debit card and great offers , what's not to like! I regularly use pay in 3 and its brilliant and I always stay up to date with payments. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

Excellent budgeting tool.

Easy to use. Gives me the option to buy immediately and pay over time, which is an excellent tool for budgeting. So far, I've had no issues. Any refunds have been issued and amendments made automatically. Haven't had to contact customer service, but am confident that any issues would be resolved efficiently. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

Pay in 3 is so convenient!

Never had to contact Paypal’s customer service so thats why i’ve had to give it neutral. However i’m always given the option to use pay in 3 which suits my finances. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
