I have been using PayPal for over 15 years

I have been using PayPal for over 15 years, and I have never had an issue with them. My money has always been secure, and they sort out payments in quick succession. On matters where a dispute takes place, I find the UI is clear enough that you can easily see and respond to the other side, and PayPal has always sorted the dispute in a timely manner. I love the fact you can call them and speak to a real person in just a few seconds, and the call handler sorts out any issue so fast; they're knowledgeable and polite. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
