I’ve been with Pay pal for almost twenty years and never once been disappointed when the way they handle my transactions.. if They had to mark them, I would give them 10 out of 10. I did have a couple of disputes with a couple of companies and I only had to mention that I was going to involve PayPal and they backed down and I got my money back without any more problems!
